How can I order?
All orders can be made online via your account. For an overview of the order process, please visit the How To Order page for further instructions. Should you require assistance, you may email us or call customer service during regular business hours.

When is payment made?
Payment will be required prior to the shipment of your product. If your account is in good standing and you have credit terms with us your payment will be based on your credit terms as indicated on your account.

What payment methods do you accept?
VISA and Mastercard are accepted forms of credit payment. Cheques are also accepted, but must be received prior to ship date or end of terms cycle.
Unfortunately AMEX is not accepted at this time.

What is your privacy policy?
We collect information required to manage your account and process your orders and payment such as your billing and shipping address. This information is not shared nor sold to any third party. What is your return policy?
Please see our Return Policy page on the return policy of our products.

I have a large order. What is your turnaround?
For bulk orders exceeding 2 units of a(n) item(s) please contact customer service with your total quantity to obtain a more accurate estimate of the estimated turnaround time for your order.

You may reach us at any time via email or by submitting your inquiry via the Contact Us page. You may also call us during regular business hours, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, on Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. For the quickest response, email or form submission is recommended.
